Spend your evening in pure, relaxed bliss! We will start practice with grounding and centering breathwork before exploring restorative yoga postures supported by props like blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. Each posture will be held for about 5-7 minutes to sink deep into relaxation and release tension in the body. Soft music and candlelight will create a soothing environment to let you melt into your mat.
